Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. - Entry Period
The Giveaway begins [Tuesday, Sept 1, 10 p.m. ET] and ends [Friday, Sept. 4, 11:59 p.m.] (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible. - How to Enter
To enter, submit your email address via [entry form/link]. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win. By entering, you agree to be added to the 1 Minute Critic email newsletter list; see Section 8 for details and how to unsubscribe. - Winner Selection & Odds
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within [X] business days of the Entry Period ending. - Prize
One (1) winner will receive “Beyoncé: All the Songs, The Story Behind Every Track”; approximate retail value $60 U.S. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. - Winner Notification
Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Winner must respond within 4 days of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. - Use of Email / Privacy
Email addresses collected are used to administer this Giveaway and to send the 1 Minute Critic newsletter, which entrants are automatically subscribed to upon entry. Every newsletter email will include a clear unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time; doing so will not affect your eligibility to win. See privacy policy for more. - General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
